Ulrick Russ

Rick has over 30 years’ experience in international scientific equipment sales, service and support, with a reputation for taking a “hands-on” approach. Since joining Intellection in 2005, he has built a formidable sales and support network for QEMSCAN® users world-wide.

Rick’s industry experience includes 10 years with global science and photonics technology company PerkinElmer in roles from State Manager to Group General Manager for Oceania. Prior to this, he spent 10 years with Millipore Waters (formerly Waters) progressing from a junior sales position to State Manager, marketing leading-edge liquid chromatography solutions and water purification technologies to a range of commercial and research applications.

Before coming to Intellection, Rick also spent several years as Managing Director and CEO of an iconic multi-million dollar entertainment and tourist facility, and was General Manager of an Australian scientific-based equipment developer and manufacturer, for both domestic and international markets.

Rick has a proven track record of success in direct and indirect sales, marketing and management, and in growing businesses and opportunities. He has also earned a number of significant performance and achievement awards during his time with these international organizations

Rick has a Bachelor of Applied Science – Applied Chemistry from the Queensland University of Technology.
